UCSF Office of Clinical Resources Management (OCRM)

Welcome to the Office of Clinical Resources Management's World Wide Web server.

The Office of Clinical Resources Management (OCRM) was established in July 1993.

Mission:

• To provide leadership and support in processes designed to improve the value of care

• To utilize respected clinical leadership via identification and support of "clinical champions"

• To support clinical champions by providing facilitation, analysis and reporting of clinical/financial data

• To facilitate the measurement and analysis of patient and population specific outcomes, and to serve as coordinator for both, and

To provide linkage between the campus outcomes research program and clinical outcomes measurement
